Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be sent back to us in 14 days, in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. Any returns that are damaged or returned without their original labels may not be accepted, sent back to the customer and will not be refunded.
Items need to be sent back within 7 days of notifying us of a return. Items need to have original receipt or proof of purchase attached.

How to return
Please send us an email notifying us you would like to process a return at email@example.com
Please include you name, full address, order number, the item(s) you want to return and the return reason (this can also be a separate Return note we provide each delivery with)
When we have confirmed the return item(s) you can arrange shipping to the returns address. Buyers are responsible for returned tracked parcel costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s) you will be notified if the return has been approved by us and the refund will be paid to your original method of payment.
