DELIVERY

UK: We send our parcels with DPD Local Services at a flat rate of £5.99 (Please except longer delays due to lock down measures)

Important notice

Please note, as of the 1st of January 2021, the UK to EU shipping process has changed. Customers may be subject to courier import VAT (~20%) + any relevant duties and fees when the item arrives. Arddun Stores do not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for international orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

EU: We send our parcels with UPS Delivery Services at a flat rate of £15 (Please except longer delays due to lock down measures)

Rest of the world: We send our international parcels via UPS Delivery Services with a flat rate of £30. (Please expect delays due to closed borders and limited flights.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 


We welcome returns and exchanges. To be eligible, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of arrival, in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.


Any returns that are damaged or returned without their original labels may not be accepted, sent back to the customer and will not be refunded.


Returns and exchanges are at the cost of the buyer, unless the product is faulty, or the wrong item has been delivered. We recommend sending your products with tracked delivery.


* Please note, we do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. We also do not accept returns on lingerie unless the hygiene sticker is still intact. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.


To make a return, please follow the below:

  • Please send us an email notifying us you would like to process a return at hello@arddunstores.com
  • Please include your name, full address, order number, the item(s) you want to return and the return reason (this can also be a separate return note we provide each delivery with)
  • When we have confirmed the return item(s), you can arrange shipping to the returns address. Buyers are responsible for returned tracked parcel costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) you will be notified if the return has been approved by us and the refund will be paid to your original method of payment.
